About Judy Felker

Judy Felker was a student at UWM looking for part-time work when she obtained a job as a typist at a downtown Milwaukee law firm.  That’s where she met Angela Dentice, who at the time was a law student at Marquette University working as a law clerk.  That was in 1984. 

Their paths crossed again in 1987 when Judy became Angela’s full-time legal secretary at another firm, assisting her with auto accident, product liability and medical malpractice litigation cases.  Soon after, Judy was promoted to litigation paralegal and worked almost exclusively on medical malpractice cases. 

Since Angela started her own practice in 1999, Judy has continued her focus in medical malpractice, nursing home litigation and serious auto accident cases.  Judy has assisted Ms. Dentice in her complicated trials.  Since Ms. Dentice presents documents electronically (via a computer) during trials, Judy assists Ms. Dentice with computer presentations.

Besides assisting with complicated litigation, Judy is also responsible for opening and organizing all new cases that come into the office of M. Angela Dentice, LLC.   Judy also closes all cases after settlement has been obtained or jury renders a verdict.   Because Judy has a considerable experience with personal injury law, she also has taken on many managerial responsibilities to help Angela keep the firm running smoothly. 

Judy grew up in Waterford, Wisconsin, and is the third of four children.  She attended St. Thomas Aquinas School through 8th grade, and graduated from Waterford Union High School.  Her father owned a successful mason and cement business, which her older brother has now taken over.  Judy’s mother devoted her life to her family.  Judy has an older sister who lives in Waterford with her family and works at a medical office in Burlington, and a younger brother who lives in Mukwonago with his family and is a teacher in the Mukwonago School District. 

Judy lives in Muskego with her husband and two teenage daughters.  Her husband is the director of marketing for a quality consulting firm.  Judy and her husband are enjoying their daughters’ teenage years, knowing that it won’t be long and they will be independent young women.   Judy enjoys reading, cooking and baking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. 

Judy enjoys interacting with clients and has frequently maintained a friendship with the clients that have been represented by M. Angela Dentice, LLC.
