Enterprise M. Angela Dentice has spent her entire life focused
on helping those in need.
Ms. Dentice spent
her early years living in the Italian neighborhood of the Third
Ward in Milwaukee. She attended Holy Angels High School. Before
attending law school, Ms Dentice graduated from Marquette
University in 1970 and received a Masters Degree from the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1974.
Ms. Dentice
spent the first years of her career in education, first teaching
handicapped children and later as an administrator of programs for
handicapped children in the Milwaukee Public School System. She taught
courses relating to the education of handicapped children at the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Desiring to
continue advocating for those in need, Ms. Dentice entered law school and
graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1985. She
practiced personal injury and medical malpractice law at two (2)
successful Milwaukee area law firms, before establishing her own law firm
in 2000. She continues to devote her law practice to advocating for the
rights and needs of injured children and adults. She wants to keep her
firm small to enable all staff to provide personal service to the clients
they represent.
Ms. Dentice
represents only injured adults and children in
various
personal injury claims, including
claims involving auto
accident/auto crashes,
truck crashes,
motorcycle accidents,
pedestrian
accidents,
dog bites,
slip and fall accidents,
nursing home negligence
and medical
malpractice. Her clients have suffered serious brain
injuries, including
traumatic brain injuries
(TBI), broken bones, spine injuries, injuries to joints such as shoulders
and knees, emotional injuries and traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).
Ms. Dentice is
an experienced trial lawyer who has tried multiple cases to a jury. She
has tried cases that have lasted several days to cases that have lasted

In 2001, Ms
Dentice served as the first woman president of the
Wisconsin Association for Justice
(previously known as the
Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers), the
Wisconsin organization of personal injury and medical malpractice
lawyers. She is the recipient of the 2009 Robert L. Habush
Trial Lawyer of the Year Award by the Wisconsin Associate for
Justice. She is a past President of the Wisconsin Civil Justice Education
Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to the education of the
public on the civil justice system. She is currently a member of the
Wisconsin Association for Justice (where
she is on the Board of Directors), the
American Association for Justice (where she served on the
Board of Governors, representing the state of Wisconsin), the
State Bar of Wisconsin,
(Association for Women Lawyers,
The Milwaukee Bar Association
and
Women in Law). She was recently appointed
by
Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton
to be co-chair of the Leadership and Political Task Force of the
statewide economic initiative Wisconsin Women=Prosperity.
Because she
was a former teacher of handicapped children and supervised a vocational
program for the handicapped, Ms. Dentice has unique experience advocating
on behalf of adults and children who have suffered a
brain injury,
including a traumatic
brain injury. She is a member of the Board of Directors of
the
Wisconsin Brain Injury Society of Wisconsin.
Ms. Dentice is proud to be one of the founding members of the
Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking
Lawyers of America.
Ms. Dentice is a
frequent lecturer to lawyer groups in Wisconsin and in various states and
has authored numerous articles on various aspects of personal injury,
traumatic brain injury and medical malpractice law.
Ms. Dentice is
married to Benn DiPasquale, a retired partner of Foley & Lardner. Ms. Dentice has a son and daughter-in-law who reside in
Madison, Wisconsin, four step daughters and four grandchildren, all of
whom reside in different parts of the country.
